Brown Rice and Vegetable Seaweed Wrap
This delicious meal was made for me by my daughter Bianca. It is Healthy, full of Nutrition, Quick and Easy!
Base – Nori seaweed sheet. The kind you use to make Sushi. Add warm cooked brown rice, sauteed vegetables (we used broccoli, carrot red capsicum and red onion.
Drizzle with Tahini (sesame seed paste, which is high in nutrients and really adds something to the flavour), and organic soy sauce.
Just roll it up loosely like a wrap and enjoy!!!
